The JBR, established in 1997, was the very first youth miniature bull riding Association created to help enhance the sport of bull riding, through exposure & education. The athletes competing are from 6-14 yrs old.

The animal athletes they compete on are among the world's smallest bucking bulls. They have been featured on worldwide headline news along with National Geographic and many newspapers. If you want to learn more about the min bull, please click on the link here.

In Support of Emerald Mueller

A tragic accident happened in early February in the family of Emerald Mueller that resulted in the loss of three equine family members has brought a lot of support from the equine community & rodeo world. The Lake County Rodeo Association shares the familys’ loss and wanted to help in their recovery. The LCRA has made a donation to the family to help with Emeralds’ high school Rodeo passion. While any support contributed to the family will help, it will not replace the three horses that have died. We can only support Emerald & her family to recover and move forward with her love and passion of horses. There are several ways to support this family and Emerald. We, the Lake Country Rodeo Association, have been given permission by Shasta Jameson-Green (Emerald’s mother) to post a link for direct Venmo donations for Emerald Mueller.
